Scotch & Ginger is a resource for Creatives working in the advertising industry. It is intended to help artists get noticed by advertising agencies, creative directors, art directors, copywriters, art buyers and anyone associated with the industry. This website is intended to be a community, driven by recommendations and in close conversation with all artists. Scotch & Ginger is a labor of love, designed to bring unknown artists into the spotlight, aid in the hire of those seeking a connection with the advertising industry, and ultimately, make better, more exciting pieces of communication. The site attempts to create a more intimate and personal platform for artists and art directors to converse.

If you have a problem with anything on this site, be cool about it and drop us a line. If you are an artist and do not like the visual representation of your work, send us a few jpgs of your best portfolio pieces and we will update the site to more appropriately reflect your style. If any information about you or your project is incorrect, send us the correct information with your name and trade as the subject line. We will update the site accordingly.

Remember, this is a free service designed to help you, so don’t be a dickhead. If you wish to have your work or name removed from the site, just let us know and we will promptly remove it. We are reasonable people and hope you are too.

    Scotch & Ginger, LLC uses every precaution within its means to keep every piece of artwork submitted in the condition it was received. However, Scotch & Ginger, LLC is not responsible for artwork lost in the mail, stolen during an event, and art work damaged during shipping to and from us.

15. Featured Artist/Artwork Policy

    The term “Artist” refers to any number of individuals, groups, studios, agencies, clients, or projects featured on Scotchandginger.com. “Artists” include, but are not limited to, photographers, illustrators, retouchers, digital artists, directors, studios, agencies, interactive producers, type foundries, art directors and copywriters. Any artist featured on scotchandginger.com is featured based on an artist submission, user submission or at the discrepancy of Scotch & Ginger, LLC. 16. Not Received Items Policy

    Scotch & Ginger, LLC does everything they can to send out any items promised or ordered in a timely manner. It could take up to 5 weeks to receive your items in the mail. We will resend your item if fit is not received up until 2 weeks of the deadline. To receive a Resend of an item, you must send an email to: Info@scotchandginger.com requesting the resend.

17. Other Terms

    If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
